    I Did it !!!!!!!!

    I Did it! I had to fight tooth and nail to get myself to work out this morning! But I went and  I feel great and also like I got over a big hump today. For the last six months I have been starting and stopping a fitness program. Where the 1st week I would go 3 times then the 2nd week I would go 2 times and by the 3rd week I would go 1 times than week 4 and week 5 and week 6 I would not go at all then I would start all over again. This is now 2 weeks in a row that I have went 3 or more times.

    Dee-Dee: Having a hard day trying to get motivated I am off ,yet I  do not want to do anything, Felling stressed yet know how much I need to get moving. I am going to go and start laundry.

    Dee Dee: I had a good day working on my relationship w/Food Today, I spent less time with it today made some really good choices: Example: I wanted a tuna melt, (My job is in a kitchen as a food service supervisor so I can make anything I want, Which is conflicting most of the time because I have more choices than the average person I can have the fresh tangerines that are around the corner or I can have the cheesecake right outside my office, Sometimes the tangerine is outside my office and he cheesecake is in the cooler but who's counting) Any how I made a tuna melt with less fat by just putting on the grill and adding 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar instead of ounces of sliced cheese, I also put less salad dressing in the Tuna, I did not have an option of low/fat or Fat free which I am going to bring to work to have there. We have a lot of low fat choices just not mayonaise of any kind @ this time.

    Had a great day yesterday(Monday) conquered some of my aversion to night time grazing. I  am thinking about making a lifestyle change of only eating fruit after 9:00 p.m. I am going to try that tonight.

    Dee-Dee: Went To Gurnee Mills for the Biggest loser Million pound  Matchup , It was really great , We got a lot of info: From the Dietition I got a calorie count of a lot less than I had been eating I was trying to eat less than 2000 cal. a day  the dietition recommended 1600-1700 cal a day and to use a journal to write down everything I eat. From the trainer I got some Stretching excercises to help strengthen my lower back. We also got to meet Kai and get our picture taken with her!
